Tapea was born from a love of Spanish cuisine and a vision to share it with the world. We have even created a “Culinary Counsel” – collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs and traditional culinary experts – to develop an amazing gastronomic project tapea.com

At the heart of Tapea’s kitchen is Chef Paola Álvarez, an architect turned chef who brings precision, creativity, and soul to every plate. Her background in design shapes how she builds flavor and presentation — each dish is a balance of structure, color, and emotion.
Guided by Spain’s culinary traditions and her curiosity for modern technique, Paola reinterprets the classics without losing their essence. From a crispy-edged tortilla to paellas finished to order, her cuisine celebrates fire, patience, and respect for the product.
